A brief history of continuous improvement.

Global Dynamics began as a regional tooling concern with a single facility and a conviction that outlasted it: any process, observed carefully enough, can be improved. Growth followed in the customary manner — acquisition, consolidation, expansion into adjacent sectors — until the company assumed its present form under the name Global Manufacturing Dynamics Inc. What has not changed is the founding question, asked on every floor of every facility: could this step be faster, and what did the last one teach us? We call this efficiency and learning.
